Shipping Policy

All orders are packed and dispatched by our fulfilment partner, Ancient Wisdom. Please allow 1–2 working days for your order to be processed before dispatch.

UK Mainland Orders up to 2kg are sent via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch. Orders over 2kg are sent via APC on an overnight service, arriving the next working day after dispatch. Large furniture items will be shipped via pallet — we will contact you by email to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Northern Ireland Orders between 100g–2kg are sent via Royal Mail. Orders over 2kg are sent via DPD. Delivery can take up to 5 working days after dispatch.

Scottish Highlands & Isles, Channel Islands & Scilly Islands Orders up to 2kg for the Scottish Highlands are sent via Royal Mail; orders over 2kg are sent via APC. Channel Islands orders are sent via DHL. The following postcodes fall within this zone: AB37–AB38, AB41–AB56, FK17–FK21, HS, IM, IV1–IV56, KA27 & KA28, KW, PA20–PA49, PA60–PA78, PA80–PA88, PH17–PH44, PH49 & PH50, PO30–PO41, TR21–TR25, ZE.

European Shipping We ship to Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, and Romania via DHL. EU delivery typically takes up to 1 week after dispatch, though customs delays may occur. EU orders may incur customs fees, which are payable by the receiver.

⚠️ Please note: Due to German customs requirements (LUCID number), we are unable to ship to Germany from this site. 

Switzerland & Norway Orders are sent via DHL. For orders of 25kg or more, shipping costs are provided by quote only — we will contact you by email once your order has been prepared in our warehouse.

USA & Canada Orders are sent via DHL and typically arrive within 2 weeks of dispatch. Please note we are currently unable to ship Zone 6 orders weighing 1kg or more.

⚠️ Important Notice – USA Shipments: Due to current import tariff regulations, our couriers have temporarily suspended all shipments to the United States. We are actively monitoring the situation and hope to resume US shipping as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience.
